COMPLIANCE
CEI standards
The tube is part of the UL Certified Dolph Insulation System No. E317429.
CHARACTERISTICS
The sleeves are made of carefully braided polyester monofilament. The monofilament consists of PET polyester.
• Melting point is 255-260°C;
• Softening point is 230°C;
• Use temperature from -50° to + 150°C;
• Insensitivity to water
• Resistance to fuels, liquids, solvents and mold
• Non-toxic
The two most important characteristics of the sleeves are:
• elevated resistance: to abrasives, liquid fuels, solvents, mold; resistance to water and humidity;
• adaptability: the structure can be stretched and, with a limited range of diameters, may adapt perfectly to all groups of cables and wiring in general. The original diameter can be stretched up to 50/100% as shown in the following table:
ø ORIGINAL mm | 3 | 4 | 6 | 8 | 10 | 12 | 15 | 20 | 25 | 30 |
ø MAX mm | 6 | 8 | 12 | 15 | 18 | 22 | 25 | 30 | 38 | 49 |
Larger sizes can also be made.
APPLICATIONS
Cable housing and protection of components used in electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive industry and sound system wiring systems.
